By accessing or using ITZD.ONE (the "Service"), operated by 172 Tech ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ITZD.ONE is a task management platform that provides Kanban boards, Gantt charts, list views, offline sync, Telegram bot integration, email-to-task functionality, and team collaboration features. The Service is available via web, mobile, and desktop applications.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Free and Paid Plans

ITZD.ONE offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Free plans are available indefinitely with no credit card required. Paid plans are billed monthly (or annually when available) and can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time from your account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Violate the intellectual property rights of others
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITZD.ONE and 172 Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 172 Tech is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
